May 12, 2009, the first full year of 2009 work of IGRS Standard Working Group was successfully held in Guangdong Shunde. Deputy director of Guangdong Provincial Information Industry Department PENG Ping, director of the Shunde Science and Technology Division TAN Zhiliang, IGRS standard working group leader SUN Yu-ning, and the President of Academia Sinica of IGRS core member companies- MIDEA CO., ltd., DENG Yiwei attended the meetting and addressed; China's electronics Standardization Institute and other related leadership, and IGRS member units on behalf of more than 120 people attended the meeting.
The Meetting reported the work progress of IGRS standard in the development, promotion, internationalization and industrialization part in 2009, and set the products should be market-oriented and technology topics, and promoted the interaction between the member units, in order to provide a in-depth exchange platform for the enterprise.
IGRS standard working team leader Dr. Sun Yu-ning reported the IGRS annual work achivement in 2009 and follow-up work plans . In the part of technical standards, the‘IGRS standard six proposals’ access project in the International Standards Organization ISO / IEC, in which the fourth part of the IGRS standard tests verify become the international standard, which means that IGRS technology system has been accepted by ‘ISO / IEC International Standard organization ‘ fully, as an important component of the world's 3C collaboration technology system. To expand the alliance, the IGRS total number of members already exceeded 130, so that the original 3C industry chain is more whole, forming a true sense of the production and research collection. In the market, the IGRS member companies Lenovo, Hisense, Great Wall, and TCL pioneered a variety of IGRS new products in 2009, such as the IGRS TV one machine, IGRS NAS, and IGRS Broadband Media Center. At the meeting, the participating units on behalf of IGRS Standard Working Group informed the follow-up work plan for 2009, and was adopted and approved unanimously.
In the digital home products and business model aspects, Midea, the Great Wall, Hisense, CEC Huada ,Goertek and other IGRS member companies made on-site promotion for IGRS products and applicationse scen respectively, at the same time, the business model was discussed, which caused widespread concern and interest. Meanwhile, a joint IGRS member companies to coordinate resources, joint research and development IGRS technology, and in this work newly created three technical groups: pervasive computing, chip and IP core technology and the Internet TV.
The conference was organized by the Working Group Secretariat and key members of the group Midea co-sponsored enterprises, by the active participation of members, provided a good platform for the exchange and sharing for the IGRS members of the units, after a day of discussion at the meeting, delegates from the 2009 IGRS standard working groups of related work in progress and plans of next steps detailed understanding of a comprehensive and in-depth discussions, the Working Group in 2009 to carry out the follow-up work has laid a good foundation.
